Desperately craving warmer days, but will instead settle for glimpses of Melbourne’s winter sun. I am currently in the process of planning a few little trips over the next couple of months so thought I would test out this little Faithfull the brand dress that I will most definitely be taking with me… The pattern and cut are just so flattering, I absolutely lovvvvveeee. I chucked my old faithful Acne cardi over the top because, Melbourne and one of my favourite basket bags from Polish brand Roboty Reczne.
Never not without my Reid Cycles vintage bike, as its the perfect way to get from A to B. Oh and I chose the sage colour because it goes with all my outfits haha #InstaLife #WishIWasKidding
Some days all you need is a pair of black mom jeans, an oversized white tee, a good book, strong coffee and your favourite docs.
Anyways, sorry for the somewhat radio silence on the blog front as of late; between shooting/meetings/emails/events and attempting to just enjoy life – it can be hard to actually find time to blog – which just feels all kinds of ironic as not only is it my full time job, it is absolutely one of my favourite things to do. Nonetheless, I promise I will do better. But in the meantime, I would love to ask you – is there something you would like to see more of on my Blog/Instagram? Any topics you would be interested in hearing me cover or content you would like to see me create? Even if it is just more regular posts on my blog or more links to products I wear, let me know below! Alternatively, if you don’t read blogs anymore and prefer to just see me post on Instagram – I’d love to know that too!
With Autumn well underway here in Melbourne, I am loving the injection of colour into my wardrobe. Although I can never go past red, as you probably already know – I am also getting right around lime green, royal/navy blues and soon maybe even lilac – although at where it stands, that one is still a maybe. Either way, I’ve never really shied away from red and this season is no different. With the new UNIQLO x Ines De La Frassange collection dropping in select stores and online, my picks were anything red, striped, spotted and chic… Which was, well, practically the entire collection, so picking a few favourites turned out to be quite the challenge, but none the less, here were my favourites.
This year I have teamed up with Lipault Paris to show you some of my favourite travel luggage from their collections. Lipault is known for its vibrant, colourful travel luggage, briefcases and handbags. It is a brand that prides itself for always having products/colours available to suit any outfit or occasion. Apart from being conveniently light weight and sleek, appearance wise, their products are always sophisticated and chic. Today I wanted to share with you their latest IDLF Capsule Collection range. The range was designed in collaboration with Ines De La Fressange Paris, which explains its chic, Parisian-inspired colour palette.
I took my newest travel companions on a little test drive during my recent weekend away to Red Hill and I must say, the luggage was a total dream – super easy to travel with and the soft material made it easy to fit all my clothes (and I can assure you… I brought a lot of clothes!). I love the fact that the collection comes in either Red/Navy, the only difficulty is deciding which one to get!
What do you guys think about the collection? Let me know below!
On Friday Night I attended the launch of the Louis Vuitton Time Capsule Exhibition currently showing at Chadstone Shopping Centre. The exhibition was literally all the things – iconic, inspirational and totally mesmerising. Louis Vuitton has been my absolute favourite brand for as long as I can remember so attending this event was a total dream. I also created a video in collaboration with Louis Vuitton, showcasing the exhibition and talking about what I would put in a time capsule if given the opportunity to make one. I can’t wait to share the video with you guys once it is available, so stay tuned!
Happy Sunday Everyone! Here are a few shots from the weekend – which was largely spent watching movies in the afternoon and visiting new restaurants/cafes in the evenings. I hope everyone had a beautiful and relaxing weekend. This week is going to be one of the busiest yet so I will be sure to post as much as I can about everything I am up to!
Yesterday we arrived at the beautiful Lindenderry by Lancemore in Red Hill, Mornington Peninsula. After settling in, we spent the afternoon exploring the Estate and shooting in all the different corners of this beautiful location. We dined at the The Dining Room in the evening and were treated to a beautiful three course meal with matched wines – the perfect end to the day.
There is nothing I love more than a light linen shirt for spring/summer, especially one that is available in every colour/size/shape imaginable. UNIQLO’sconsistent variety of high quality pieces always cease to amaze me, and this month all eyes are on their amazing linen range. A range so good I could barely stop at one (I got this shirt in sky blue & blush pink too!) I styled this neutral shade with straight leg denim, an oversized basket bag (souvenir for myself from Bali) and cream sling-backs.
In collaboration with MELBOURNE CENTRAL, I created a denim edit of all the colours, styles and patterns I currently love this season.
In continuation with my recent desire to create a more colourful wardrobe, I played around with different denim washes, and particularly got right around denim in blush pink/peachy tones (perfect for spring!). I love these tones paired back with either a white tee and blue denim, or complimentary colours with clashing patterns such as stripes or spots.
