JO MERCER BOOTS / VINTAGE BLAZER / HAMPTON THE LABEL SHORTS / OROTON BELT / JIMMY CHOO BAG / VINTAGE SCARF
I tried something a little different this week, whilst attending the Hawkeye Vintage Designer Pop-up Sale. I’ve always been a huge fan of over-the-knee boots; if you find the right ones, they will literally make an outfit. Frankly, I have spent years searching for the perfect pair – black, heel not-too-high, loose fit over the knee, rounded toe, plus a little extra something, something – yes, I am quite picky, and not just with my shoes (*wink face*)… So you can imagine how thrilled I was when I spotted this pair from Jo Mercer! Boot-fection! (… just like perfection, except for boots…). Moving along, I paired my new booties with a vintage pin-stripe over-sized, over-shoulder-pad-ed blazer, skimpy, somewhat non-existent, black lace shorts, a chunky belt, a turtle neck, because, winter is coming, and a Parisian-inspired vintage scarf hanging from my simple, but timeless, Jimmy Choo bag.
My friend Tatiana told me my outfit was all “Imma dominatrix the s#!t out of you whilst still looking hella stylish” (see here on INSTAGRAM). I decided this was probably the best outfit compliment I’ve ever received, ever. SO what do you guys think of this outfit? Will you be rocking over the knee boots this winter?
HOPE EVERYONE IS HAVING A WONDERFUL WEEKEND
