1 Shirt, 4 Jobs, 2 Looks

GOOD EVENING everyone! As a twenty-something-year-old, full-time Commerce/Law student, part-time paralegal, part-time marketing intern, and when-I-have-the-time fashion blogger, it can be difficult to navigate the correct attire for an entire day! This is especially so when I have class all morning, paralegal-ing all afternoon and impromptu coffee-dates between commitments to keep myself in the Melbourne café-culture loop. So, well, I guess it is safe to say I’ve got my hands, legs and apparently the backseat of my car, full. If you are wondering what the secret is – well, it is just that. A full backseat gives me options. Outfit options, food options, hey, sometimes even sleeping options, but more than anything, it acts as my personal wardrobe-on-wheels. SO, with the help of Godwin Charli’s tailored, crisp white bib-front shirt and a pair of skinny white-[total-fashion] necessity jeans, I was able to create two completely different looks using the bits & bops just chilling in the backseat. If you’ve been reading my blog for even half a second you would know I kind of live for shirts and so before I even begin, I would sort of recommend the entire world to go out and buy at the very least one tailored, high quality white shirt, like right now. But in case you are not convinced, please see below…

LOOK NUMERO UNO ; is a typical outfit I would wear to Uni. It shows off my personal style using fishnet stockings instead of regular and pointy-black shoes, which I barely ever leave the house without. I added a drape-y khaki coat from Living Doll to dress it down, and rolled my jeans up to show off the shoe detail.

LOOK NUMERO DOS ; is an outfit I would usually wear when I am going to a meeting/ work as a paralegal and/or intern or when I am trying to create structure and professionalism in the easiest most simplistic way possible. It is crazy how a tailored jacket, a boot heel, a few extra done-up buttons and a red lip can dress up an outfit within minutes
